Orders and payment
Corporate Brand Stores, LLC supplies merchandise subject to availability. Inspect deliveries and report shortages, damage, defects, pricing discrepancies or incorrect goods within 72 hours. Payment methods offered at checkout apply; applicable sales tax is collected unless a valid exemption is accepted.
Returns and cancellations
Returns require authorization and must satisfy the return policy. Unwanted-item returns and production cancellations may incur a 25% restocking charge. Customized goods may be charged in full. Discontinued items are final sale. Original freight is nonrefundable; return freight may be the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds may take 5–20 business days. Returned checks and improper chargebacks may incur $35 fees and dispute costs.
Products and delivery
Availability and specifications can change. Screen colors may differ from actual garments; garment-dyed products can vary in shade. Use a physical sample when exact matching matters. Confirm delivery addresses. Carrier delays, unattended deliveries and special delivery instructions can involve customer risk; report damage promptly and retain claim records.
